He began his career as a dishwasher in St. Louis at the age of twelve and has progressed through the ranks to own 13 successful restaurants in the highly competitive San Francisco Bay Area. He has spent the past 20 years building Tepper Kalmar Associates, a nationally known consulting company.
He has a decade of professional teaching experience at Golden Gate University and the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Tepper has presented training seminars and workshops for major corporations all over the country.
